While the COVID-19 Pandemic has created new normals, our focus on the safety and wellbeing of our employees and guests has required some changes to our procedures. Some of our new practices include:
- Plexiglass barriers at the Front Desk
- Hand sanitizer placed at high contact areas throughout Hotel
- Contactless check-in/check-out
- Check-out time of 10:00 am is now in effect due to new City-wide room-hold mandates
- Physical distancing queues throughout Hotel
- Staff wearing PPE/daily temperature checks for employees
- Complimentary masks available upon request
- All key cards are sanitized for guest protection
- Breakfast provided To-Go only
- Rigorous, sanitization, disinfecting of guest rooms using EPA registered products
- Stayover housekeeping service temporarily suspended (county restriction)
- Recreation areas temporarily closed
- Close adherence to all safety measures in accordance with the CDC, OR Health Authority, OSHA, WHO, and County Health Department

Reservations can now be booked on our website or by calling us at 541-265-2477. We ask for patience as check-in times may be extended due to current Newport regulations requiring rooms to be held for 3 hours after check-out, before cleaning is permitted. Please allow only one person in your party in the lobby at a time during check-in and check-out to assist with social distancing.
